At the recent AGM the trustees announced that they have agreed to transfer management of the Guild’s membership services to Warners Publishing Services. Some people will already know them as they currently manage subscriptions to Embroidery Magazine on our behalf.
We are planning for the changeover happening in early August, and the website will also be undergoing some changes.
While this change is happening, it will not be possible to purchase a Guild Membership.
Normal service will be resumed as soon as possible!
Membership Options on this site will be temporarily disabled. The links to purchase membership using the new system will be made available as soon as the work is completed.
This will not affect the purchase of tickets for events, or access to the Members Area. Members logging in may see some ‘work in progress’ placeholders. Access to, and the ability to purchase any of our ‘Inspired to Create’ Courses on Teachable will also not be affected.
What this change will mean:
The new service will provide easier contact for membership queries – The Warners support team will be available Monday to Friday by phone and email contact.
Members will be able to check their membership details on the Warners web site.
There will be more ways to pay for membership as Warners will provide direct debit options as well as continuous card payment.
New members will be able to get Immediate access to the Members area of the Web site once membership payment has been processed.
The change will also remove our current reliance on a single person to administer membership for both new memberships and member renewals.
If you have any queries about this work then please use our contact form or email us at receptionist@embroiderersguild.com to ask your questions.
Please be patient while we make these changes.
Thank you
